Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

• Australia: 5–12 business days

• New Zealand: 2–8 business days
  Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Gallon Containers
Orders for Gallon containers require a shipping quote before the order can be processed. In the checkout please select the shipping option "I'd like a Shipping Quote" when placing your order and we we'll get a quote out to you within the hour.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned or lost parcels.

Customs & Import Fees (NZ Orders)
New Zealand customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
